1. Information on how to claim form part of these terms and conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Any claim made is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Offer is only open to all Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies associated with this promotion and associated Power Tool Retailers are ineligible to claim.
3. Promotion opens 1st August 2009 and closes 31st December 2009 (“Promotion Period”). All claims must be made at a participating store by COB 31st December 2009.
4. Detail of the offer is as follows: Receive AUD$50rrp worth of Makita Accessories Free with any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product &/or Power Tool purchases to the total value of AUD$500, from a participating store nationally between 1st August 2009 and close of business on 31st December 2009.
5. To claim, individuals must correctly complete an official redemption form at point of purchase. Claimants are entitled to their choice of Makita Accessories up to AUD$50rrp (subjected to availability), to be provided by the store of purchase. Full detail of the Makita Accessories provided (worth up to AUD$50rrp) must be completed and signed by the store person on the official redemption form.
6. Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one claim permitted per AUD$500 spent on any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product(s) &/or Power Tool(s); and (b) each claim must be made in accordance with the claim requirements.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail and/or claims.
9. By making a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the claimant. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
